Physiotherapy services should not only be available to those that consider themselves “hurt” or “injured”.  - In order to feel and perform at your very best, manual techniques can be useful in helping you do just that.  - A variety of restorative techniques may be used to increase mobility, decrease pain, and reduce tension and/or stress. - COVID Policies to be enforced. - All services advertised in Pacific Time (Los Angeles). Techniques may include: - Soft tissue mobilization - Joint Mobilization - IASTM tools - Therapist-Assisted Stretching - Taping
