DR. JAYNA WILLIAMS

About

Dr. Jayna Lehman-Williams, PT, DPT, OCS is a licensed Doctor Of Physical Therapy and certified Orthopedic Specialist in Physical Therapy through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. 

 

Jayna received a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a Minor in Cultural Studies at The University of Washington. She graduated from Azusa Pacific University in 2015 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and was then accepted into Kaiser Permanente Southern California’s Orthopedic Residency Program. This year-long program allowed Jayna to advance her knowledge and manual skills, while working under some of the most renowned physical therapists in Southern California. 

 

Jayna enjoys working with clients of all ages and athletic abilities.  A state and regional champion in competitive gymnastics and a collegiate cheerleader at the University of Washington, Jayna has never been a stranger to injuries and this is where her passion for physical therapy evolved. Jayna hopes to use her own experiences with injury, recovery, and maintenance to provide individualized programs for clients. 

 

In addition to physical therapy, Jayna’s passion for fitness and running has provided her a platform to help others.  She has organized clinics and therapeutic services for runners at Blacklist LA, The Speed Project, A Runner’s Circle, and Good Vibes Track Club. A co-founder of Good Vibes Track Club, Jayna has helped to create a free space for runners to reach their running goals.  It is programs such as this that have helped Jayna run in multiple half and full marathons as well as qualify and run in the prestigious Boston Marathon.
